The Tennessee Technological University Window on The World (WOW) is held each year in April with a Symposium from 10:10 to 11:00 in the Multipurpose Room of the Roaden University Center followed by the Festival on Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Roaden University Center at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tenessee.
